Boating questions answered. Have a boating related question? This is the place to go to get it answered. From marine canvas and electronics installation to rigging questions of all descriptions, the Portland Boat Show has experts on the floor all days of the show.  Stop by the Oregon State Marine Board for answers to questions about boat registration, facilities or required boating equipment.  More than a great boat sale, the Portland Boat Show is a celebration of boats, boating and the boating lifestyle.

Let’s give props to… Sheffield Marine Propeller is the resident propeller expert you can tap for prop repair, new propellers and advice on what’s best for your boat.  They’ve been a local boating institution since 1956.  Big or small these are the folks to talk to about boat props.

A sea of fiberglass. The Portland Boat Show features the biggest and best collection of fiberglass boats in the area. Wakeboard and wakesurfing boats, fishing boats, cruisers, and yachts. Take advantage of the show and see them all in one place.

Pontoons, inflatables and more! Pontoon boats have come on strong in the Northwest this past decade and you won’t be disappointed by the display of pontoons that’s coming to this year’s Portland Boat Show. Several dealers will have pontoons on display and for sale.  You’ll find inflatables here too.  These aren’t your granddads “rubber raft”, in fact, they’re RIB’s (Rigid hull Inflatables Boats) that are built for fishing, cruising or use as a tender.  Stop by Black Point Marine to see what’s new and cool in RIB’s.

Englund Marine accessory sale. Englund Marine is back with their sprawling accessories display for the 2022 show.  Expect to see everything from electronics and coolers to crab traps, boating equipment and safety gear.  Come prepared to take advantage of show-only prices on a range of boating related items.

Small but mighty. Mini jet boats make their debut at this year’s show with Torch Craft Marine.  These exciting little inboard jet adventure boats are similar to the New Zealand sprint boats that skim quickly through shallow water.

World’s largest display of heavy-gauge welded aluminum boats. You won’t find more welded aluminum boats anywhere on the planet than at this show.  The Northwest is home to these remarkable boats and it shows at the Portland Boat Show.  If you’re in the market for a heavy gauge welded aluminum boat, there’s no better place to be than here. If you’ve been shopping for a heavy gauge welded aluminum boat then you know they are in short supply.  There will be a few for sale at the show.  The early bird gets the boat!

Plenty of Power! If you’ve been in the market for an outboard or you have a boat that’s in need of an outboard you just might find it at the Portland Boat Show.  Stevens Marine has 70, 90, 115 and 150hp Mercury Outboards for sale.  KEM Equipment Company has inboard power and is showcasing two new inboard engines.

Lund for the ages. Pacific Boatland will be selling and displaying the largest offering of Lund Boats, a popular aluminum fishing boat, ever to be shown in Portland.  Given the difficulties with inventories this past year, this is a real opportunity for fishing boat shoppers.  They’ll have models from 12’ to 20’.

Don’t miss the deckboats. This boat style has been gaining in popularity the past few years and really exploded onto the local market last year.  With the interior layout of a pontoon boat but the performance and look of fiberglass these boats do a lot of things well.  Expect to see several at the 2022 Portland Boat Show.

Invincible! Schooner Creek Boat Works will be bringing a 2022 37’ Invincible catamaran powered by quadruple Mercury 300hp Verado outboards to the show.

Boating technology. See what’s new from trolling motor auto-pilots and new electric motors to stabilizing gyros and advanced rigging.  Want to see what’s new in boating…”new” is what you’ll find at the 2022 Portland Boat Show.

More new! Royal Marine will have an Antares 7 and Flyer 8 on display.  These are small (24’6”LOA and 26’10”LOA respectively) fiberglass cruisers/pleasure craft that are beautiful representations of optimizing interior space for comfort and boat design for rough water applications.

Surf, ski or board. The biggest and best names in ski boats, wakesurfing and wakeboarding boats will be represented at the 2022 Portland Boat Show along with board and accessory displays.  The show’s a rare opportunity to see them all in one place at the same time which makes the shopping experience singularly convenient and effective as you shop and compare.

Yachts. It wouldn’t be much of a boat show without a few yachts to ogle.  The Portland Boat Show has them! Prestige, Jenneau, Fountaine are all expected at this year’s show.

Something old, something new.  The Antique and Classic Boat Society is back with their display of vintage boats.  The detail in these classics is stunning as every inch gleams with pride of a bygone era in boating.

The lap of luxury. Sundance Yachts is showing (and selling) a new and very cool Fountaine Pajot MY4.S.  This is a 40’ (LOA) power cat.  It’s incredibly detailed and beautifully appointed with a full galley, stand-up shower/head and staterooms.

It’s our birthday! We’re celebrating 62 years! The Portland Boat Show has been one of the leading boat shows in the west since 1960 and continues a tradition of excellence in cooperation with area dealers who bring the best, brightest and most compelling boats and boating products to the show, year-in and year-out.  2022 is shaping up to be one for the books with more boating and fishing opportunities to enjoy…don’t miss it!
