Waterway Access Permits can be purchased at www.boat.oregon.gov/store. Three permit options are available: a 7-day permit for $6, an annual permit for $20, and a two-year permit for $35. There is an additional $1.50 portal provider fee.

Serving Oregon's recreational boating public through education, enforcement, access, and environmental stewardship for a safe and enjoyable experience. Register your motorboat, purchase a Waterway Access Permit, and register as an outfitter guide or boat rental business. The Marine Board has statutory authority to regulate boat operations on Oregon's waterways to promote safety for persons and property in and connected with the use, operation, and equipment of boats. (ORS 830.100).
